Here are several Zumba Fitness tips to trick your body into losing fat and building shapely lean muscle with simple changes to your diet…burning more calories is always the goal, so go ahead and try some of these DIET TRICKS and watch them re-shape your body!

* Eat more vegetables. Mix and match fresh veggies for variety. They are full of fiber and will help you burn more calories rather than filling up on other foods.
* Snack. Go ahead just snack on good stuff, like nuts (especially almonds) veggies fresh and dried fruit.
* Nuts. Add nuts to your yogurt and salads.
* Steel cut oats. Cook a ¼ cup with 1 cup of rice milk (trust me its delicious and you wont need sweetener) for breakfast. It will help you feel full, take longer to digest and ramp up your metabolism. Eat other carbs that are rich in fiber, but stop your carb intake by your last afternoon snack so your body has a chance to burn it off.
* Protein. Your body burns more calories when you eat protein than it burns digesting either fats or carbohydrates. Eating protein also helps to prevent muscle loss while dieting. Get extra protein in the form of smoothies, shakes, lean meats and add beans and or nuts to your salads!
* Yogurt. can help you lose weight while protecting muscle. Yogurt is also an easy and convenient snack and contains high quality protein as well. Stay away from any brand that contains fake fruit or added sugars.
